Nieuwe sponsor, nieuwe naam: CLAFIS Victron Energy solar boat team

CLAFIS Victron Energy Solar Boat Team

DONG Energy Solar Challenge - Prologue & Sprint

The first day is over, but not without a struggle. The prologue started with high speeds but ended soon with water plants in the propulsion system, reaching the Furia III took 15 minutes and after it was finally reached it took another 5 minutes to remove all derbies. The second time the ship was even harder to reach taking even more time. In the end we did not manage to reach the minimal required average speed of 10km/h. (un)fortunately we were not alone and the jury announced that all teams are allowed to retake the average speed test in the first stage tomorrow (blauwestad to groning).
